As in constantly cycling through raised->lowered->raised->lowered etc as opposed to just being loose/wobbly?

I forget the cause (stuck relay?) though if you do a search of the forum, or even the FAQ's from the 480 europe homepage you're sure to find some leads

Yes cycling up and down, off side only .... had a look at it and snaped the bloody hinges too GRRRRRRRRRR !!

Hinges available from Dans personal supplier

Hey I did the same on both headlamps within 30 minutes of each other once . Was not a very good day
