Car have Belgium plates. I suspect that someone want's to sell ordinary 480 and used this photo. I saw them in the Internet few times ago.
1986 480 ES, model year '87, 217 Red - Reliable mate
ex 1990 480 TURBO, model year '90, 231 Red Image This car was a mistake :D

I knew I had seen it before. It's the 480 with the SC-Design bodykit. In this topic you can find more info about the car (and the exact same picture :oops: ).

In the aforementioned topic it's a 2 litre, not a turbo. And a 1995 car, not a 1992 as the Serbian car. You could be right.
after over 10 years parted with the 1995 Volvo 480 ES 2.0
