Volvo 480 Club Europe

Are there any members of the forum out there who have built up any extensive archive of volvo 480 brochures magazine articles etc... ?

I dont...I see asking prices on ebay etc and think 'meh'

Sorry guys but you have things in reverse I am not looking for volvo 480 printed media but someone who is compiling an acrhive of the material or who already has an archive ....

I know dutch forummember Auk has an extensive 480 brochure library. But he doesn't visit the forum that much anymore, his latest inlog here was january. I will send him a pm through the dutch volvo480forum.com for you, he's one of the moderators there.

I've got a great Volvo collection, including not only brochures but many other nice and rare things. What can I do for you?

The reason for this thread and the mysterious way it was phrased was to make sure the literature I have been given for distribution to forum members goes to the right people and not just any one grabbing a freebie. (Excuse my bluntness)

David Rye an ex forum member sent me these 2 brochures:-

I now have 2 members who have shown an interest and they have already have an archive Auk and Joao so the fairest thing is to offer them 1 each , as I know Joao has neither of these brochures then if Auk wants one he can have first pick as he is likely to already have one of these. All he needs to do is pm me with his choice and pay the postage which will be minimal. I will then contact Joao and send his brochure out at the same time.

I will wait for a week if there has been no contact from Auk then I will send both to Joao.

I have a copy of brochure 2, plus an earlier version of it with a close up of the front and rear of 2 black 480's parked overlapping. I also have a volvo price list for 1994 model year and a dealer only parts catalogue that has exploded views of the 480's components and how they fit together. Do you have these already AUK?

Nope, not the English versions.

Can you send me some pictures?

Oeh, have got a nice collection of 480 brochures stored in Ikea boxes, not only 480 but also other series. Mainly eighties and nineties brochures.
