Hi guys,
I bought 3
originals carpet mats set from Volvo (for me and for friends of mine) because I wanted to give a touch of originality to my 480, and today I got a surprise:
above the original mats the [Volvo] logo is disappeared and also fixing screws are not included!
It's a shame considering that the cost of these set is 80€ each one...and ther's no logo!!!
Now is better to buy the aftermaket mats: at least they are cheaper!
I'm very disappointed...

On the upside at least they'll fit well. I have third-party carpet mats and I don't use them unless the weather's particularly bad and I want to avoid getting too much mud and water on the floor. The driver's mat always ends up pushed up behind the pedals which is far from ideal...

Of course they are shaped and fit well...but I always used common mats of the same quality with the velcro on the bottom and with a thicker part of mat on the area corresponding to the pedals ,paying no more than 20€...
With 80€ Volvo could have continued to put at least his logo!

This morning I called my Volvo dealer and he told me that the fixing screw's price is 4,80€...each one!!
Unbelievable, 20€ for 4 plastic screws!
I didn't know to own a Ferrari!
