ECU's Lee

Indeed, no response at all, not via telphone,not via pm, not via mail.
However, I spoke once with him on the telephone and all was sorted, Ecu had been sent................. ( see my other reaction in topic )

I really do not want to take measures, but if it goes on like this ...

I payed using Paypal, what are the consequenses, for people whom have received money but not deliver goods they are paid for, if I inform Paypal ??

Can anybody shed some light on the postal strikes, when were they, when did they ended, how long did they last ???

If I recall correctly, dispute can be opened within 40-45 days after the transaction. The seller can respond to the dispute with tracking details for example. If the item has not been signed for or it hasn't arrived paypal withdraws the amount back from sellers credit card(or freezes the paypal account) and the amount is returned to the buyer.

If you've gone over the 45 day limit, you can check it with your credit card company, they usually have 180 day limit on disputes. Paypal will then work it out with your company.

The postal strikes were only thursday and friday last week (I dont think it was wednesday as well..). There's also a 3 day one from tomorow supposedly.

please be so kind to contact him and ask him politely to solve this rather long going question.
After all, we have shipped our prescious ECU's and have send money.

I know majority of people have received Modded ECU's in good order.
I know it sometimes takes a time.

This is taking too long ! , both for me and Grafi ( took the liberty to speak for him also)

And we cannot reach him, he does not respond to telephone,pm nor mail.

And, i still am trying to phone, mail and pm him.

You agree that 3 months is too long, not ?
3 weeks ago I had him on the phone, he said my ecu had been shipped, but Postal services were striking, and it was a big strike.
Now i read (and hear) that it wasn't so big a strike.

Particularly if my ECU has been handed over at the Eiffel meeting personally.

This is not ment to be insulting or hurting or whatever, but i do not wanna hear from people that all went well, but it took a while.

Why ? Cause all people whom have shipped their ecu's got them back, modded and oke except me and Grafi.
( I even paid a fiver extra !)

This is not a Crusade against Lee, i do not know what is going on, maybe he has problems somewhere, but you should inform people about this, so they know it takes longer, or even ship ecu's back and refund money.

And (again) in the first post about Mods, it is said they will be shipped back insured. So they can be traced.
You think I got info back ?!?

And Lee does not respond anymore, as I said before.

I am really thankful that he was willing to arrange this richmod thing, of course I accept, that he has a lot of work, I could really understand EVERY circumstances, BUT I do not know anything wich I could understand, because he does not respond. And thats the problem.

And I do not have any tracenumber received from lee neither. I did not even have the opportunity to ask fir it, guess why.

There are supposed to be four moderators on this forum and three of them know Lee very well (dragon, volvo-bigbrother and LASEROWL).
I think maybe it might be worth you perhaps pm-ing all three to see if they can assist?
After all, they are the moderators for the forum so they should try and get something sorted to everybody's satisfaction if possible.
I know there have been previous posts regarding Lee and he always seems to get it sorted eventually, but I appreciate your concerns.
Hope you manage to get some replies soon.

Please be aware MODS are here to help, but cannot be expected to act as go betweens regarding personal transactions between individuals.

i MIGHT have a Richmod for sale in the next few weeks. i know its no concelation if you have already paid whoever it is who makes them!

Basically, i have jus bought a non-modded turbo and i prefer the fuel economy! If in a few weeks time i can live without the power then ill advertise it.
