this lee guy must be a real pro in hiding, it seems noone can contact him in any way. does he have a mailing address or something at least? or he is not living anywhere? i would write him a letter or something and ask him to send my money back. fuck the ecu, but the 100 pounds is a big money for me.

Have 2 numbers of Lee now, can't get him on the phone.
No mail nor info whatsoever.

Heard from somebody he had contact with and that Lee did sort everything.

Still nothing here.
Now I officially declare it as ridiculous !!!!!!!

I have been with Lee today (mon 16 Nov) and spoken to him about your ECU's. He appologises for your delay, however he did post your ECU's as he told you, they were returned, undelivered, last week. Due to his work and not been at home all the time, plus as you know he no longer frequents this forum, he has been all but immpossible to get hold of.

He assures me that he will re post out to you on WEDNESDAY 18 - 11 - 09.
At his cost, if he does send them special delivery i will get the tracking numbers and pass them on. I personally know how frustrating this can be, as the royal mail have lost my package that i sent to Latvia. Your ECU's are safe.

I understand your concern, and yes it has been a long time, but Lee is not a conman as many will vouch for, he's just a very very busy guy.

I hope this helps and luck forward to you posting when you get your ECU's.

The chip has arrived. It went to the wrong address,

(to the guy who arranged the shipping from all the ecus from Hungary) but anyway, it has arrived. It is so good to write it down "It has arrived", so I am writing it once more: It has arrived.

Actually I do not know if it works or not, because he could not test it so far, but the fact that lee sent it finally makes me very happy.

Thanks to everyone who helped in the "quest", I really appreciate it guys.

And please tell to lee that I thank you.

(Because I dont think I could reach him, anyway.

)

p.s.: If it even works, I will let you know as well.

Wow sorry to hear all this guys, but Lee is no con-artist he's now moved on in life and is stupidly busy

I'm sure if you go through Dragon or Laswerowl they can help you.

Alas i don't frequent these halls anymore and I no longer live in the same city as the HOMD or else I would assist

That's the stupid thing, I know Lee personally from meetings, but as told before, he doesn't react on phone or mail anymore.

And another weird thing is that Grafi got his ECU last week friday in Hungary, and my ECU was told to be shipped at the same time.

And still no ECU here.

Laserowl already did some things to resolve this issue.

I chased Lee up as i told you,I have no involvment in this deal, so this was just a friendly favour for you, I was assured it was posted along with Grafi's. To my knowledge it went normal post so no tracking number available.

Its fair to say it is lost. what you do about it is between you and Lee. I cannot pass his details on as its not my place to do so, you may make contact using FaceBook, his missus is on there, Sorry I can be of no more help. If i was you in future always get it sent insured / tracked, its worth the extra for when things like this happen.
