I echo glasgowjim's sentiments, but I'd also expect some flak for expressing ideas on a 480 enthusiasts forum!
Speak about any ideas to alter the looks of a car (in any way, minor or major) on a forum where the majority are hardcore fans of that car, and you will of course receive some negative feedback.
