Anyone know where Lee is??

There is still no sign of some spoilers as per the thread below:

There seems to be at least 3 people that have not received theirs and we have been unable to contact Lee. We're being as patient as possible, but its been about a month since the postage date so something has gone wrong.

I'm going to have have to take it up with Paypal shortly unless this can be resolved.

Does anyone have contact with Lee? If so, please ask him to get in touch.

Guys

Spoke to Lee briefly this weekend, he's a busy man.....
Not to make any excuses for him but he's been let down by couriers, his PC, printer etc.He should have left a message but if i worked nights all week away from home and only got home mid afternoon Sat to the family (Rem IZAK is only 3mth old) and have to look after the kids while missus goes to work then getting on the PC would be the last thing on my mind.

He does indeed have your spoilers ( I have seen them, they do exisit) and they are awaiting collection from the courier, who don't give a time when they will call.

If you need any further info then he ask's you contact his missus Chelle.
Im sure you'll all get the spoilers soon.

Well that's something. You can't blame us for wondering what's going on though as I was told they shipped on the 10th February and i've heard nothing to suggest otherwise. Hence the chasing.

I'll second Wayne's post, Lee WILL NOT let you down. He doesn't let people down. You'll get your spoiler.

As Laserowl said Lee spends a lot of time away from home hence the lack of contact.

No offence meant to anyone. I'm not suggesting he'll let anyone down, just saying we're in the dark, waiting for something to arrive. It doesn't necessarily mean it's Lee's fault. It could be any number of reasons and this is the first bit of info in a month.

We all knew Lee is a busy man....Personally, after his previous post about being messed about I made sure he was paid immediately...even though I couldn't quite afford it at the time. The very least we deserve is word from himself.

For those that don't know i was involved in a big accident on the A14 in january where i closed the road due to having 6000ltrs of toxic liquid on board as well as many corrosives and flamables.

Due to this i was put on nights as a punishment. All i have been doing is working and sleeping.

Chelle is now back at work so HOMDV aka daddy daycare in in full swing on the weekends.

I am however now back on days but in Lutterworth which is a 1 hour commute each way.

I am now available again and have replied to those concerned.

I take this opptunity to apologise for the lack of commication from myself and the late delivery of the UK spoilers.

The reason behind the lateness of only UK spoilers was that our printer which we operate with a continous printing system decided it would be a good idea to discharge all the ink all over the side and carpet. Problem is that we have to print a bar code for UK postage where we dont for non UK postage. I asked around and everyone else seemed to have problems to. I have since bought a laser printer just for black printing so there should now be no issues.

To Rachel i am sorry your spoiler arrived broken and i will be sending you a replacement and will contact via Pm as already discussed.

I have also now got a new contact telephone number that will be given out with any order for complete piece of mind.

Thats annoying.. I finally got around to fitting mine the other day. On closer inspection, it was a bit damaged by the couriers too (it had been bent at one of the corners) but its still in one piece and looks fine. Perhaps a better shipping company would help?

I know Auke has had spoilers made for the Dutch 480 forum. He sold them for Ã¢â€šÂ¬55,-. They're sold out now but perhaps Lee bought some of them.

I am here. Soon due to postage cost and customers complaining about small chips and demanding full refunds without send the items back i will no longer be posting any of my 480 stuff. It will be available but for collection only.

I have had to change courier due to dhl tripling the price for postage on the spoiler due solely to their odd size. This would put the price to around Ã‚Â£65 to uk and Ã‚Â£95+ for europe which to me is unsubstainable.

So i have changed to the men in brown (UPS) to keep to the cost as low as possible but as they are damaging the goods i will no longer post the item unless people want to take full responsibility for the items. They are never sent out damaged. I now have a loads of stock which is availble but once its gone its gone.
