difference between 2.ol and 1.7turbo
i know the 1.7 is quicker and all that but is it better on fuel economy? with it being a smaller engine and everything. i would imagine if your running it carfully so the turbo isnt kickin in it would be better on the old money pocket. anyone any wiser?

really? iv bin thinkin of a new exhaust systme but its all money to get a nice system rather than a stupid bolt on jobby. and cutom full through systems are exspensive lol. thats good to know cause i was wondering if i was gettin the worst of the bunch with owning a 2l with petrol. altho a lil more power soon would be nice

Is the restriction of the manifold due to the welds then? You just have to dremel the hell out of it or..? If that's the case I will give it a try and replace the cat for a lenght of tubing while I'm at it. My 480 is from nov.'92, then there is no need for a 4way measurement of exhaust gasses so it won't be noticed at the dutch apk(mot)
