Snow scoop group buy interest only
Ok i have been pm'd to death for the snow scoops. This is an interest only post and if the quoter is made i will then ask for a deposit and this would be a group buy
The scoops will be available in either GRP or Carbon fibre prices are:
GRP £75
Carbon £100
Prices are plus postage which will be at:
Uk £15
Europe £30
Postage is via courier and is to cover postage and packaging and no profit.
All the details are now at for all to see so no need to pm me to ask how much with or without postage.
I am really sorry but i cannot post to slovenia as the cheapest postage alone i can find is £85.99 plus VAT

I have tried many couriers mate. We use DHL and UPS depending on where they are going as these are by far the cheapest we can find that will post and insure the items we are sending.bbf Posted: Wed Feb 11, 2009 1:13 am Post subject:

We can get postage to other countries like slovenia but the cheapest postage only no packaging is £85.99 plus vat. I feel personally that this is a little high. When we first started the homdv products we used the post office untill they decided to stop us from sending them as packages and would only allow us to send them as palletts!!!!!!!! We then shopped around and have been using DHL and UPS since. If people wish to arrange their own courier thats fine by us. Or even if you know of a cheaper courier let us know

LOL Am i not understanding something or what! 85gbp+ for a packet of scoop. i have never paid more than 20€ for a packet from UK and i wasn't doing busines only once! I don't know where do you get those prices, but just as a sample: i got packet with two speakers, 560g each, in a box of 24x31x18cm from UK with Royal Mail for 13.11GBP. that was 3 weeks ago.
I dont know what is your curier doing with package, but that's a lot, man.
sorry, but that is too high for me. unfortunatly.

I just tried Slovenia on www.interparcel.com and it said DHL Europlus would be about £25 with insurance for £50.

HMMMMMMMMM, I would just love to buy one, but...
I bought one in the past from a member of this forum and I was told it had been made by Lee, but in the end the thing would just not fit (distances not right between clips, holes misaligned with grille openings), apart from a very poor finish.
Don´t get me wrong, I am not blaming Lee for anything, I just think It would be great If Lee could post some pictures in detail of the interior of the scoop, since after being "burned" once I now can tell if the scoop would/wouldn't fit on my bonnet.
I am sure this would be enough for me to make a decision.
