Volvo 2045 Alarmsystem Volvo 400 - a challenge for some?

I might have just made a nice discovery for everyone that's as nutty about original gadgets/accessories as I am.

Some time ago I bought the Volvo 2045 alarm system (which I still haven't dared to install), and while I was searching the web about regarding alarm systems I came across a remote key fob that looks identical to the key fob you get with the Volvo 2045 alarm!

This user manual contains images of the original key fob: here

This is the Texalarm BOIT433-P keyfob housing, to be used for the KS33 or KS433-P circuitry:

I don't know more about it, but what's more fun than to have a (dinosaur technology) key fob that's identical to the Volvo 2045 alarm

So if you're tempted: go on and figure out all you can

Edit: after browsing through the Texalarm items a bit more I noticed a module housing that looked quite familiair! Below you see the Texalarm AV21B55:

And below is the contents of Volvo alarm 2045 - the above housing looks quite similar!
