Read it here.<br><br>Dear Martin Holmes,<br><br>After having spent weeks behind my computer, having had sleepless nights thinking things over and having neglected my girlfriend a little, I am proud to tell you that the Volvo 480 club EUROPE has a NEW homepage!<br><br>What has changed?<br>First of all the member administration has been automated. Since the beginning of this club the memberlist was no more than a plain HTML file with a large table which was edited by hand. This is nice when you have up to 100 members, but beyond that it becomes impossible to manage...<br>Adding new members became a painfull time-consuming process and a few weeks ago I started working on the design for the database which now contains all details.<br><br>Now that the entire Volvo 480 Family is in a database it is possible to hand out personal passwords by which you can log in. The possibilities are countless! Some of you may never have had the common login-details up to now. With this e-mail I want to give you all your personal password. Here's how to log in:<br>USERNAME: ????<br>PASSWORD: ???????<br><br>You are from now able to edit your car- and personal details without me having to intervene. You can remove cars you no longer own, add new cars and the changes will be visible on the memberlist immediately! Daniel,<br><br>Can you tell me whether you hold a different set of email,addresses for registration than is used for EZBoard? I have entered my current email address as you instructed into the box on the contact page and I still haven't had my info through. This leads me to believe you have a different email address on record from me, which is no longer valid (I used to use a work address, but these all changed recently so the old variant no longer works). Yes, I use a different e-mail address than on EZBoard. We know it may not be the most elegant way, but the e-mail address you provide with EZBoard is not used in the club's Database.
