I've got headlamp washers!!

In 12 months almost, i havn't realized that I had sqirty things on the headlights....that work!

unless they've only just decided to start working?!?

They are actually present indeed,they seem though,alas,not to actually wash the lamps one bit though!!!!

For train-spotters sakes,they only work once,squirting in 3 second intervals twice,every 10 minutes!

Im not bored you know!

i have washers on my 340 headlights,they work ok but abit of a gimmick tbh.

they look smart though:)i hav'nt got any on my ES though:(

Mine don't work, the pump for em's dead, they worked on my old 480 but they kept squirting over the tops of the lights which was a bit annoying really, tried adjusting the things but they just moved back to where they had been within a few miles of driving, gave it up as a bad job after a while and disconnected em

Ah - the pressurised head light washers! I love em.
They don't make a scrap of difference to the cleanliness of the head lights under normal life - but a Volvo just wouldn't be a Volvo without them.

I do miss the headlamp /wipers/ from the 340 though.

Why do I love this feature so? I shall explain - drop a mate off after an evening down the boozer - wait for him/her to walk in front of the car - pop up the headlamps and squeeze the windscreen washer stalk to spray them with soapy water!!! HA HA HA HA!!! Bloody marvelous.
