I have heard the phrase "will soon be a classic" when talking about 480's on a number of occasions. I use it myself sometimes, though would never say it as a selling point. Jim mentions this phrase on another thread.
Does anyone think that the 480 will become a classic car? I can think of several reasons why it might. Mine only has to wait another couple of years and I'll be using the classic car tag to get cheap insurance!
Soon to be classic.

insurance companys that do classic car insurance normally consider 20 yeras old classic status .
for example my girlfriend insured herself on my 1986 900 turbo £400 fully comp,
then she wanted the 1990 saab 900 non turbo which was quoted at £850 by the same company as it was not over 20 years old yet , and even though it was 50Bhp less powerfull !!!
cheers Felyx .
p.s the company was called lancaster insurance , they are very competitive with the 20 year old or more quotes !!!
