How do you adjust popups in closed position?

Just to add to the general popup theme... How do l make adjustments to the pop ups for when they are down. At the moment one seems slightly more ajar than the other. I reckon this is actually due to a wonky nose piece but l can't fix that.

I had the same problem. I just leant hard on the one that was sticking up a bit. It appears to have resolved the situation.
