Fitting front speakers?

Here you can post things about ICE (In Car Entertainment). Like how to install GPS navigation, a DVD-player and other yuppie-stuff. This category might be moved to "those other things" in the end...

Fitting front speakers?

Post by pierremellows » Thu Apr 27, 2006 12:00 pm

Hi guys.
Im relatively new to the 480 scene.
I was wondering how you get to thwe front speakers in the door to replace them.
Ive popped the grille off and there were two screws to release the door card.
Is it a case of removing the whole door trim to fix the speakers to the back or am i missing something??
The speakers in question are the vibe sa50.

Any help would be much apretiated.
Many thanks
pierre

You have to remove all the screws on the door card. The whole thing comes off for access to the speakers. Takes about 10 minutes to remove.
