I have bougt an original equalizer unused still in box.
At the back side it has three wires one is with the plug for in the back of the radio.
The two others wires, one red and one black, how should they be connected original?
I think they are for the lights?

At a guess, going from the colours. I would have thought the red would be connected to power and black to earth. You may need to run new cables for this or tap into existing items in the dash. It would always be better to run new cables specifically for the job.
