Wonder if anyone remembers me?.....no........ probably not.
Anyway since selling my 480 to my old man i've been sayin i'll put the original stereo back in. I eventually got round to doing it today but think i've locked it by entering the wrong code!!

On the display it just shows a 'C' with a little line that just keeps going in a circle!??Have i blown it or do i get anymore chances?? Anybody know anything about the VC 601 Radio cassette?? I've lost the owners manual.

Thanks all!

I've got the original manual for the VC602 / VC802 (had the VC802 in my 480 when I got it). I've scanned the relevant pages about the code, in case it helps you out...

Oh, and I still haven't fitted your old parcel shelf into my 480 yet - it's waiting for me to make the hole in it bigger for my sub! :D

Ben.

I dont seem to be able to get it to do anything. Guess i'll just have to wait til this 'waiting period' thing stops, then try again.

Hey Ben, sounds like your machines gonna be mean machine. I think mine was only an 8" sub and that used to fry my brains! :badmood:
Good luck with it, mate.

I hope for your sake the number of attempts already aren't many, else you'll have to leave the radio on for hours, maybe days - and the period only expires when the radio is switched on...
