Everything that doesn't belong in the previous categories probably belongs here. Interiour (how are the seats mounted? how to remove the CEM?) and exteriour (how to replace the popup-lights shock absorbers or a door) are discussed here!

hold down the reset button and switch on ignition.
remove the blanking plug, and with a tiny screwdriver adjust the screw till the display reads 48.0 litres. (for a 48 litre tank.)
there are two sizes of tank.

From memory, so bear with me...
first of all look at your infocentre switch - there should be a small hole with a tiny screw in it. Once you find that, you need to know what size tank you have, if you know that, go to pertrol station and fill up to the top, then switch the switch ro range and hold the reset button in whilst you switch the electrics on, you should now be able to turn the tiny screw until it reads the correct amount. Power off, and then start up as normal.
I'm sure someone will correct my memory

According to carbase all 480 from 1992 has 60l tanks. And since you have a twotone, you must have a 60l tank too

Well I wouldn't say I drive economically
But I'd be getting better MPG than if I was full. (of petrol) (the car not me)

is the re- calibration something that should be done frequently, or can it be left alone?...
How come disconnecting the battery for 15-20 mins doesn't sort this out for you?

The CEM stores it all in Memory, like your home PC, doesn't forget everything when you pull the plug out. You shouldn't need to recallibrate the thing at all, if you wan't to check it though it wont hurt.
Hope this helps
