Seat belt arm repair

Hi, unfortunately one of my 480 seat belt arm lugs broke off recently.
So removed the roller and pushed in an inch long wood screw with a doomed head bigger than the hole in towards the arm.
Then slowly drilled a pilot hole into the arm where the lug previously connected using the thinnest drill bit I could find.
Then tighten up the screw in the arm by hand, its was at an awkward angle but just about doable.
Clipped back in the roller so the seat belt sits in the right place.
Works a treat.
Cheers, Richard.
