Replacing back wiper

Which one shoud I buy ? Do yiu havre any suggestion for fixing the new one ? Withou taking the motor OFF?
I use a 16" standard bosch blade.
Lift the cover, undo the 13mm nut - makes it much easier.
When refitting, angle the blade slightly upwards, rather than horizontal. Operate once and it'll park horizontally.
