My 480 blows warm air on my face even if I set it to cold/blue!
I have already checked the leaver behind center console on drivers side (LHD) footwell which is moving with cold/hot slider on AC control panel. It looks ok for me. AC is currently not working because I have to repair leaking condenser.
Does anyone have a picture of what the inside of the box looks like in which there is a flap that directs air through and past the heater core?

Re: Blowing warm air
Hey, although it is moving and still connected I would double check that you are getting the full range of movement.
It is very common for the clip that secures the Bowden cable to the top of the heater control panel to be lost when the unit is disturbed.
Once it is lost, some of the movement range is lost and you are no longer able to get full deflection of the heater flap.
Sadly I do not know where you can get another unless you get another unit that hasn’t lost its clip. Maybe some kind soul on here has one? They are difficult to install and heart easy to loose.

Re: Blowing warm air
A pair of small cable ties is a decent solution. Just as fiddly to install though!

This is how flap arm full deflection looks like...
