Ive just discovered "Noise insulating rubber windshield strips" designed to press and grip into the gap where the windscreen meets the dashboard, perhaps these could be re-purposed to fill the gap between the bodywork and the rear lights, encouraging water to run out over the top rather than, well, fining all manner of ways to oxidize as much 480 as possible on their way to the ground, for visual reference the link below shows the sort of thing I mean...

Camping mat, or butyl strips are a better solution.... shall try and find a link

Carbuildersolutions.com carry Butyl tape, the T-shaped seal and seal adhesive foam rubber strip (like camping mat). They've been pretty quick with my two recent orders.
I have the laser cut seals from Joep (camping mat type stuff that Jeff suggests) but actually think theT-shape seal addition is a pretty good idea too
