Gas springs/strut for rear boot

Hi
Just recently got annoyed that my boot kept falling down on the 480 that I was scrapping for parts. I remembered that I had some old gas struts laying around from two Ford Pumas that were cleaned out and used for track racing.
I tested and they are little longer but actually fitted really nice, I remember the boot being heavier on the Puma but for me the used ones worked perfect on my 480.
