Cracked Washer Bottle

My ES Auto has a crack around the top edge/corner of the washer bottle, meaning that when I go over a bump water splashes out.
Has anyone tried to repair the plastic bottle?
If I wanted to replace it are there any hidden challenges.

if not concerned with 'originality' silicone sealant (clear) would be my first thought.

the bottle does come out but a bit of a PITA to be honest as other hoses get in the way!

Thanks for the warning about trying to remove it.

Sounds like silicon may be the best option at least in the short term. Will probably consider replacing when we have the long summer weekends

I used epoxy before to fix the crack in my washer bottle.

I had a split on a bottle in my other car and couldn't find a spare, I just put less water in.

Not an ideal solution but if it doesnt spill out when half full I would do that.

I would not bother trying to repair it. It may not work or last, by the time you need another one there won't be any around.

Find on eBay and be done with
