Digital Clock

Everything that doesn't belong in the previous categories probably belongs here. Interiour (how are the seats mounted? how to remove the CEM?) and exteriour (how to replace the popup-lights shock absorbers or a door) are discussed here!

Digital Clock

Post by Mark 480s » Sun Feb 08, 2004 11:20 pm

Greetings All
I was wondering did any of the 480's have a digital Clock as opposed to the quaint analogue one? I sure I have seen one on a web site somewhere, but can't remember if it was a 480 or 440/460

regards

Mark

They sure did.

And not only was it a clock, but also a stopwatch too!

Some of us that had "analogue" have sourced and fitted the old
digital one.

I think the digital one was common between 1985 and 1988, primarilly - ut they come up on ebay from time to time, and you might be lucky and find on in a scrapper...

Yeah, they always turn up in older models in scrapyards. I got one in mine now. I prefer them too. Next time i spot one it'll be on ebay for a laugh, to see how sought after they really are.

yep this is a lot of money... But I bet the aveage fee a month at your place is maybe a 10 th to a fift of the average fee here, so this puts it for you in a different prospective !

consider me to be quit (impossible) poor.... ( I am on "welfare",...)I can buy a little more than 5 rear bumper inners a month... :cryhard:

I bet this is something most people dream of in the east.., but I havent got a penny left as I paid my house..
luck,

I have a digital clock/ stopclock in mine, has always been there as far as i know, my 480 is a 89, been told the car might fail its MOT in may, but having had a look at the prices quoted for me parts, if it fails the MOT i might sell the car for spares and repair on here, might make a fortune lol, need to laugh otherwise i will cry.
