Window problems

Everything that doesn't belong in the previous categories probably belongs here. Interiour (how are the seats mounted? how to remove the CEM?) and exteriour (how to replace the popup-lights shock absorbers or a door) are discussed here!

Hi!
I am trying to fix my sunroof, but I stucked with screwing in the small allen screws - they started to rotate clockwise but after screwing in few milimeters they stopped to rotate easly. Is it normal that you need to use very much force to rotate them further? I am afraid that I damage the screw head... Anyone have any experience with that?
Dear Krecix

All I can do is provide a photo of my moonroof grubscrew. Sadly due to "Photobucket-gate" in 2017 we lost a lot of images as a forum.

Yes, it's counter-intuitive, as you wind them in to release. They are inverse grub screws. Sounds like yours are seized. Just let them soak in penetrative for 24hrs and apply as much torque as you think possible for the tiny hex drive that they are.

Beyond that, it's a drill, replacement parts and certain misery :cryhard:

Good luck!
