Alloy Wheel Weights

I've just got some TSW Stealth 15" wheels with 195/50-15 tyres on. The grip seems to be up but there is a bit of tramlining which might improve by adjusting the pressures. I was going to refurbish these but now I'm not so sure after weighing them.
Volvo 14" Avior 185/65-14 31lbs
TSW 15" Stealth 195/50-15 36lbs
The unsprung weight has increased - surely this is going to upset things. Has anyone any experience of the above problems ?

They will tramline more, especially on poor roads, because they are wider.
They only grip more becaue they are wider and have a larger contact patch on the road, unfortuantley a side effect is tramlining.
Edds car with 205's on it is very twitchy.

I haven't found my car with 205/50/15s bad at all in that respect.
I do have them at 31psi front/29 rear though.

tyre weight is probably anotherr issue to think about.
5lb differance is not huge, you could easily change the weight of a wheel by more then that by fitting cheaper tyres (these are heavy!)
