Broken suspension spring. Can't find replacememt

Hi,
I've gotten a broken suspension spring. Its on the bottom of the spring so the car is still quite driveble.
However I can't find a replacement. I'm thinking of replacing both the front springs and the back ones.
I'm looking for the closest match to the original springs but I'm only finding 40mm lowering springs. I don't want those because here on Portugal we have many driving roads made from rocks (cobble roads I think). I sometimes find some standard springs but no info if it's for the turbo version and the brand i do not recognise.
I would not mind if the car lowers a bit but not too much so comfort does not suffer much.

In my car (91 turbo b18ftm) i have original springs with a blue dot marking.

Any ideas?
Anyone knows any good online store with the springs for the car?

Monroe made the shocks. Maybe look on their website and see if they list the springs.

What was the colour of the original springs ?

If it was black I have one spring in very good condition which is for the standard clearance and 1.7 / 2ltr NA

The turbo might have had stiffer springs I do not know if this was the case.

Ebay (UK anyway) is awash with standard springs, front & rear - from KILEN and KYB.

Lesjofors have an Online catalogue. Go to lesjofors-automotive.com and you will find the Online Catalogue link. Both 'standard' and 'lowered' springs are available and showing 'in-stock' from Lesjofors. You just need to find a Portugal distributor.

Obtain, copy and paste the Lesjofors part numbers (from the online catalogue) into google and you'll find someone local i'm sure.

You don't have to get lowered springs if you don't want to!

Hi guys,
Thanks for the help.
My issue was exactly upon seeing that exact same thread that Jim is showing. I noticed that there were a lot of variants. and looking at ebay most of the springs were rated for almost any model (air-con, non air-con, turbo, non-turbo) and since I know that the same spring does not apply to every model, that's why I was having the doubt.
I think I found what I want from the lesjofors catalog.
Thanks for the help.

I had similar issues when replacing the springs on my 480 (2.0 ES, so non-turbo)
If you can read German, I have found them really cheap here, e.g. Monroe for around 30 Euro each.

but when I change from 2.0 to 1.7 Turbo engine, I get less choice

I have these springs on my car. They feel very much right, but then again, I have renewed just about anything in the suspension, red Koni shocks and new rubber bushings.
