yes but the handling is so much better but harsher. Just raised mine again and enjoying normality.
One thing for sure you will never look at speed bumps the same way again

Handling is sweet with the stiffer springs but you can kiss goodbye to your infocentre, mine was working fine (after resoldering and packing with foam) until I lowered the car. And the front shocks have died after 2,000miles, the front of the car now bounces like a low-rider when off the throttle.
Why won't God heal amputees?

son did oodles of miles on lowered springs and the front shocks are ok and if you have a non bodged info centre ;) it will do it no harm.

You just get fed up having to renavigate to avoid speed bumps

the sat nav isnt programmed for hat one

oh and you get fed up of 4X4 headlamps even on dipped catching your eye.

or maybe its just me I'd nuke every 4X4 in the city.

that's the hight of speed bumps in there?. In here it must be @ least 2 m long and max height of 10 cm.

I really need to find a big, flat, empty, car park and go have a proper play.

The handling is radically different now. Feels like a different car altogether.

My info centre is ok.. its the PC in the boot that worries me!

I loved the look when I lowered my 480 on to Lesjofors ... but it is a 'shocking' difference ...

I agree wholeheartedly.. the drop is way more than I expected..

I actually am struggling to get into the car at the moment.. I mean, I
can still get in and out ok.. but.. it seems really 'alien' nothing is where
is used to be. If you see what I mean?

Is that a 30mm or a 40mm drop Piper? Mines' on 30mm springs and
I can't see the top of my rear tyres!

Corners like a wasp tho :D

I hope you cut down the rear bumpstops, or they WILL bite you in the ass.

Corner + dip = spin off road.

Approved method is using a bread knife. :)

There is a wierd thing about that. Pol sent me a pair of 'adjusted' bump stops. But they were a different type to the ones I had on the car already. Couldn't figure out how they were supposed to fit on the beam.

They were also the same height 'adjusted' as the standard ones I took off...

So I just put the standard ones back on!

What height should they be before and after 'adjustment' ?

*breadknife at the ready!* ;)

Don't the bumpstops have three sections? Well, mine did-i cut the lowest one off... 40mm is a very low drop, (more-so when they've 'bedded in') especially with a boot-full of stereo! Handling was second to none though-lowered 480's do handle very well. I could live with mine as East Anglia is very flat! I'd have no hesitation in going 40mm again...

How are you finding the ride height now they're settling Cerbs?

Well Pol put some miles on them so the springs should have been through
their cycle before I got them. Haven't noticed much change to indicate them
bedding tbh.

It's best described as 'harsh'

My big problem is that the last connection on the zorst system has been
put together wrong so that last part of the zorst hangs way way too low.

Typically, it is rusted together now so is going to be an utter pain to correct.

:(

Do I need to need to chop me bump stops while I'm under there?
I'll get some pics of the stops when the sun comes back up!

Get a picture up (use a proper camera  ;)) and we'll advise you from there. I'd do it if you're going to be down that way...

Yes, the standard bump stops should have 3 'bumps' / steps. I cut one of these off so the ones I sent you should only have 2 steps. Unless I sent you the ones I meant to keep?!

Maybe someone has, ahem, touched your rear end before?!
