oh ok. no spacers were harmed in this install
so even legal in the far finland.
the offset of the rear wheels is 15, thats why they come out of the cars side that much (i even see the wheels in the rear mirrors - very handy when parking and trying not to damage the wheels on the curb)

It's also illegal here for the rims to come out of the arch. The rims/wheels edge must not be the widest part of car

well i think here in germany we have the same law about the offset, but i`ve seen a lot of cars where the wheels came out of the arches and they still had "tüv".
