Mr.Hyde (Hauke) sent me this link to show how the 480 looks on Fintec springs as mine aren't in the country yet.

So,for anybody interested in lowering/uprating their suspension by -25/-30mm,and not doing it -40mm plus, this could be the set-up for you!!!!!!!

The price-91.40 sterling plus carriage which to Norfolk was 9 quid!

Available only from Fintec in Germany direct.NO UK distributors at all  www.fintec-federn.de

Thanks Red!!!!!

Gaz,read the post again mate,they are a -25/30mm drop.

Its the PIs I have which are -40mm.

Im regretting ordering these so may be selling them straight on.I mean,I dont want a 480 at std ride height. One of the reasons I love mine is cos it looks nice low.The handling is also that of a car far more exquisite than a 480,errr-there is one isnt there? :? :D

Me too, I saw the car last WE and on first sight it's not much deeper than mine (which got his 16 year old original standard xc-springs). But I was able to spot the difference when I drove behind it in the convoy on the lesser quality streets.

This is a -40mm Hausser kit (with 15" wheels)

looks nice but much too deep for the farmer's son I am ;)

looks like a standard front bumper with the turbo spoiler to me.......i thought the hausser front bumper had 'grills' in the sides of the bumper?
maybe its just the angle of the pic?

hausser

Post by V480TI » Mon Jun 27, 2005 12:09 am

This topic has nothing to do with the Hausser bodykit, just with the springs from Hausser.
This is the standard frontbumper and spoiler.

(Oh yeah , please do not forget that the springs from Hausser are made by FINTEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
(I had contact with Hausser about the springs)

hmm.....slight confusion as we were talking about fintec springs, and the post above mine mentioned the hausser kit....as i didnt know fintec made hausser springs, i thought hauke meant the bodykit.
(seeing as how i thought hausser were now a toyota dealer, i didnt realise they made ANYTHING for the 480 anymore!)

this is -60 front (-40 intrax and clipped spring -20 mill) and -60 orso back (-40 intrax and modded rear axcel) and 215-45-R17 front 225-45-R17 back
Image

Intax is the fine for clipping the last winding at the front spring loosing another 20 mill making it a 60 mill drop and still be MOT worthy

Well Hausser no longer exists.
But sometimes you come across Hausser springs.
Just wanna let all of you know it's Fintec springs.
MR-Sweden delivers Fintec springs and I thought JUTU also.
