Hi,
It's time to replace my rear shocks. I have koni sports (yellow) and although I was told the front ones can be restored, the rear ones cannot, or at least they won't be real konis. Not sure if this is true, so feel free to correct me.
Anyway, i'm trying to buy some new ones but its becoming hard to find them online. Does any one know where I can get them.
Since i'm going to change the shocks I would also like to replace some of the ruber bushes from the rear (trailing harm, panhard etc.). does anyone know where i can find a list with the part no. or specs for those?
Thanks

Try parts for volvo same bushes for all 400 models
Re: Need to replace rear shocks
Thanks.
I've missed them on my previous visits. Too bad there aren't any poly bushes.

Hi,
Bad news: konis are discontinued for the 400 serie.
Cheers

What did you end up doing?
Can anyone recommend a decent but not too hard shock and spring combo that is still available?
Thanks.

Hi rich,
Didn't saw your post sooner.
I ended up buying some sachs (for now) as my yellows were pretty much shot and becase these were the closest to the original if not the original shocks that came from factory.
Anyway, i'm not very happy. I dont know if it's from the shocks but, i fill that now the springs Take too long to uncompress (rebound I think). Example when runing over some holes in the road the rear end almost just drops, at least compared with the konis.
I know the konis are the best but I thought that Being the Sachs Oem they would preform better.
But hey, i might have become spoiled with the konis .
Cheers
