Squeeky rear end at low speed turning.
My 95 Celeb' squeeks and rattles from the rear at low speeds and I'm just intrested to know if there's a common failing on them like certain bushes etc or am I going to have to have a look on the ramp with a pry bar for myself?

first thimng to check is the bolt at the bottom of the suspension damper if this is loose it sounds like a demented typewriter. Or if you are a young un a retard typing at a keyboard with a heavy finger.

No it sounds as if its really serious but in reality there is very little movement.

I've developed a squeak from the rear drivers side suspension.. Could this be the same issue?

Rear drop links ? My offside rattled despite nothing being 'obviously wrong' and it stopped immediately when I bought from PartsforVolvo - not expensive.

In this case it was a crackle sort of noise really. It was the drop links, changed them for the MOT and the noise went.
They're cheap and easy to change Lee so get too it
