Ever since I got my 440 in November last year it has knocked.
I put this down the front wishbone bushes been shot.
Few weeks before the MOT I get the entire arms replaced.
I still have the knocking/rattle noise over bumps at speed (30-40mph) and when going around roundabouts it turns into rattle kinda noise - Hard to describe.
Any got any idea's?

Sounds (lol) like drop links, most 480's do it after a while. Try spraying WD40 on your bushes, one set at a time before driving and you should be able to work out where its coming from. Drop links are £11 from partsforvolvosonline.co.uk
