What should i do?

Does your 480 have tracking-problems? Does your car pull to one side? Or is your steering wheel vibrating? Read the posts in this category to find out what's going on.

What should i do?

Post by sr480t » Fri Jan 26, 2007 7:36 pm

Hi guys, just wanted your advice on replacing my suspension. What i really want to do is have a similar ride height but i don't mind if it is slighty lower, but i really want to have alot less body roll. The one thing i really regret on my last 480 turbo was not changing it, becoz every time i pulled away really fast the back would really drop and obviously when braked hard then the body would fling forward. I was just looking on www.europerformance.co.uk and saw AVO springs and Koni shocks, is this a good combination? Shamir.

Well the Konis will certainly help a lot with that, not sure about the Avo springs, I think Dan on here had them on his old 440 and he said that they sagged a lot. PI are known for this too.
There are loads of sping topics on here, covering pretty much all of what is available.
Lee on here was suggesting a group buy for some 30mm stiffened shocks but I don't know what happened with that. I would still be interested, the old group buy might get itself together this time?

Rohan :)
