How do i know if its a calliper issue???

Been a while chaps but im back with what feels like a stupid question so sorry in advance:

It feels like I am dragging my rear wheels around with, like the handbrake is stuck on. Is there an easy way to decipher whether it’s a calliper problem????? or anything else. If it is a calliper problem is it worth looking around the scrappies for rear callipers???? or just get them off GSF.

Get the wheel off and have a look! :P
I think I had some spare calipers somewhere, I'll have a look.... I have a bad feeling I binned them though :(

Well if you jack up the rear and give the wheels a spin with the handbrake off than you should quickly enough be able to tell if the brakes are binding or not.

If so then have a play around with the caliper adjusters and the handbrake cable adjuster.

It really sucks ass im getting about 18mpg and the norm being around 25-28. Not sure if i can wait till the crimbo break.

Keeps your ears to the floor for any working rear callipers for me.

Cheers chaps

P.S. just had some body accident damage done on the car, they had to respray the front offside quarter panel and it looks amazing will get some pics soon.
