ABS pump change - URGENT HELP NEEDED!!

Ok, this weekend i have the deeeelightful job of changing the ABS pump. Has anyone got any tips?
I plan to drain the system completly also and fill up with DOT 5.1 fluid.
Anyone done this job? any tips/hints/things i should look out for/check at the same time?

Right, i have swapped the ABS unit and bled the front brakes, i couldn't do the rears as no fluid would come out.
The relay noise which was the initial problem has gone.
But... and its a huge but (huge pain in the butt) the servo has ceased to function since changing the unit!
Great! i cant really drive the car as i cant really stop it and presumably this is also the reason i cant bleed the rear brakes (as they use the pressure from the abs system to bleed them)
Have checked all the connections and the unit is assembled/connected as it was before and i've also checked all braking/servo/abs related fuses - all fine.
What would cause the servo not to work?
Also the pedal sticks down a bit causing the brake lights to stay on but then this may also be due to no pressure in the system to push the pedal back up again.
Help me please!! (getting very desparate now!)

You have to bleed the rear brakes in a special way.
1.You need to get the car upto temperature.
2.switch the engine off
3.open bleed nipple
4.put foot on the brake pedal
5.switch ignition on and count to ten
6.ignition off
7. foot off
8. bleed nipple done up.
To bleed the rear brakes you have to use the high pressure produced by the ABS system.
WARNING
There is quite a few bar of pressure in the ABS system and could possible come out of the container you are using to bleed with
