Rer Caliper Leaking

Hello hello.
Been playing around with little niggles on my car the last few days as haven't been working.
I went to adjust the handbrake, as you do and found fluid behind the adjuster dustcap on one of the rear calipers. So it would seem it is leaking. Not good.
Thought I had seen this mentioned here before but cant remember where. What would cause it to leak there? Is the adjuster connected to the back of the piston? Indicating knackered seal on the piston??? What else can go on these and does anyone know if you can buy a service kit or the likes...
Whadyasay?
cheers,
pol
