Just been cursing for the last 3 days trying to fit new pads due to the pistons on the caliper not wanting to budge in.
Just pointing out that the Haynes manual isn't at all clear. To move the piston, undo the adjustment cap with 6mm allen key. Once taken off theres the adjuster. Use 4mm allen key in there, and wind it out while using a g clamp to compress the piston in at the same time. Don't unscrew the adjuster too much so that it falls out.
I was trying to get the piston in thinking the outer cap was the adjuster (really not made clear in HBOL)
