Handbrake sticking

Hi all,
My offside rear caliper is having an issue whereby the handbrake arm sticks whenever the parking brake is applied and I have to tap it back to free it off. I have tried soaking it with WD40 repeatedly to no avail.
Has anyone had this issue and actually fixed it rather than buying a whole new caliper? I assume it is possible to remove the mechanism from the caliper, I just never have. Reluctant to buy a new caliper as the culprit is actually not that old (typically just out of warranty though!)

By the way, the issue is DEFINITELY the caliper and not the cable before anyone suggests it!
