brake noise

Greetings,
My rear left brake makes a noise like a shopping cart when driving on bumpy roads. It's more like a can of beans rumbling through the street  .
When the brakes are applied the sound stops . Either with foot brake or handbrake.
Can this be due to the anti-rattle spring thing on the caliper? It does not look bent. I looks like the spring on the other wheel.
One ore question: there is only one spring for each disc, correct?
Cheers.
