1sPost, Handbrake problem in calliper, wtihout solution...

Hi at all! This is my first post and first i want to explain about my car...
I have a 480 1'7 Turbo of 91 and it's mine since one year aprox! I have been named Ariel
It's my first car that i have, i i had to search a lot to found one in the minimal conditions!
(I'm from Catalunya 40Km in the north of Barcelona, and here i found like 8 o 9 max. "480" to buy from particular)
I'm 22, studing to be a mechanic, i was scout and now i'm in the red cross driving ambulances.
I have to repair a lot of things in my dear 480, and this weekend i was changing the rear brake discs and I discover a very disgust of one of my brake callipers... Exactly the left calliper.
I was dismounting the calliper to change the discs, and the piston doesn't go back. (I know that you have to do this with the adjustment of the handbrake) The symptom was that the gear with allen (if I don't remember bad its the number 4 taht it's the same that Ikea tool x'D) rotates without friction,like loose.
I dismonut the "clip" that holds the inside "gear" and check that the piece it's broken (I want to put images about this, here but i can't. The page said: "Your post looks too spamy for a new user, please remove off-site URLs." ...)
Later i was thinking, because i was angry with the calliper T.T
I Try to put the other Gear (correct gear of the right brake calliper) inside the "wrong" calliper and there was another disgust, this test was to prove if the "inside" gear of calliper (that engages with the "wrong" gear) was correct or not, but the "correct" gear do the same operation, like the "wrong" gear...
If only was wrong the external gear, maybe i can try to reproduce in a lathe...
And the bad notice is that i have to change all the brake calliper... ^^'
