accumilator leaking maybe

well have come to the conclusion that the air in the accumilator on my 89 turbo is some how getting into the break lines ,my brakes are shit and have pressure bled them about 3 times and still the air comes out,and i me a lot ,my accumilator doesnt make any noise when i turn ignition on ??????so how the pressurised air is getting into system is beyond me but the only thing i can think of.the abs light and brake warning light both go off together when stating car ,but both return when pumping the pedal about 10 times and then they both go out again????????,is this a possible scenario ,i hope so
