92 turbo brakes suddenly went from normal to almost solid when pressed the baking is very weak!
garage is also stumped about what it can be , they checked and replaced servo to no effect.
any ideas guys (n gals)

Master cylinder is away, had this on a renault 5 many years ago, drove ok for a while then the pressure would leak through from the cylinder and lock the brakes......
Another option.
Flexible brake hose has broken down internally and is acting like a
one way valve.
Rare.. but can happen.

Perhaps I should resurrect a load of old threads to get my count up?
