Did ABS come as standard on all cars after 03/1993 ? I was reading somewhere and it mentioned this date. My car was registered in 05/93, however when I was driving it I didn't notice the ABS light come on after I started the engine.
I haven't been able to take her for a proper drive yet as I can't tax her until I've receieved the insurance documents. So I haven't been able to brake suddenly to see whether it is working...
On this sort of topic, what bulbs and how many will i need to replace every single one on the dash? Someone said it's probably best to replace them all in one go to save having to take apart the dash again and again.
Cheers
Ian

It should be standard i think. Go for a burn and brake hard / try and lock the wheels , thats the most fun way to check!
Or look for an abs computer which is either in the cubby in the boot on the left hand side or under the bonet by the servo?
The abs light should light for a while with ignition on / just after starting.
