Hey guys,
Anyone had to replace the seals on a master cylnder?
Looks like I will need to soon... Looking for any advice..

If you have no ABS, then replacing seals can be done, but getting a new headcilinder isn't that more expensive.
replacement seals: £70 (95euro)
new head cilinder: £110 (160euro)
salvaged head cilinder £60 (80euro)
If you do have ABS, than you want to replace the seals, because seals are the same as a non ABS cilinder, but a new head cilinder with ABS costs: £215 (305euro)

It's a straight forward job. Just remember to put in the cups in the rigt order and facing the right way.
(take a picture of the old piston when you get it out)
if there are scratches in the cilider, then re-honing is neccessary, but most garage's can do this. Or re-hone it yourself with a honing-kit
