Gearbox problem

I've got gearbox problem, when engine is cold gears go in easliy but as soon as it get hot it's nearly impossible to put in 1st and smoetimes 2nd gear. What is it all about? Just a matter of a new clutch or gerabox?

possible worn clutch or low transmission oil ?
any other symptins or problems?

reanualt 5 campus, Volvo turbo conversion, hybrid T28, -31 actautor, external oil cooler, THS intercooler, rear radiator, large throttle, Adaptronic ECU, cossie blue injectors. results recorded '06 (21 psi 228bhp/229lbs),(23psi 12.6 @108mph)

Probably worn gear gear selector bushes, now after changing it's ok.
