Can anyone advise on how to tighten up the linkage as the lever is a little floppy and is sometimes stiff to get into gear, obviously hitting something in it's path due to wear. I read somewhere that the bushings for the bottom of the gear lever (under the car) are the same as that from a S/V40. They're white plastic with sleves which slip on over a steel barrel? Well this is what my dealer gave me? I presume these go between the the gear lever and the rod that links to the gear box?
At the gearbox side the linkage swivel's within a sleve mounted in the gearbox........anyone following me? Vadis as per usual isn't very clear on these part numbers so if anyone can help?

Hi!
You can take a look at this site, sorry it´s in swedish! There is number of the three parts that usally is gone.
If possible, get under the car and sway the bar, then you see where there is movment.

Cheers Jonas,
I didn't think anyone would understand what I was on about. Very similar to the part's I have for the end of the gear lever (white nylon sleves) but the sleve that's mounted in the gearbox is the one I need a part number for (see 4th pic where ball pin goes into gearbox) as this is where all the movement is....

I don't speek Swedish so could you Email someone on the site to see if they know the part numbers...
Thanks again...

As far as I know, you cant get this out easily. I couldnt remove it even with the gearbox apart but didn't try very hard. There is a circlip securing it, but that ball joint is the same part that selects all your gears. Upset it and you wont get any gears and it would be almost impossible to re-locate it in the selector forks. Someone may know better but I wouldnt do it after my nightmare gearbox adventures.
