Clutch Prices

Post by pol » Wed Nov 12, 2003 2:47 pm

Hello.

Where have you guys bought clutch kits from, and how much for??
Been quoted a cheper price down Volvo's than my local motorfactor place.

£127.81 inc is the best i have so far. Reckon I could still find a much cheaper place.

Planning on doing a boxing day clutch change with the twats ready for a drive to Newquay for new years eve..

That would be good cheers mate! Sounds a good price!

Where was this place? I think there are 2 types also. Pre '92, and after. Mine's is the later. What year is your car Iain?

Mine is just the n/a 1.7 Pol, a '91.
unfortunately they sold the only Turbo clutch last weekend.
Is there a branch of GSF carparts near you?

They do clutches from £65 plus vat.

Cheers for that. A useful site for bits. A few, not too far from me. £87 it says, so that's much better.

Thanks for the link
